Hello, I’m wondering if someone can clarify why my new laptop occasionally freezes without any apparent cause. I’ve had it for a couple of months now, and everything worked perfectly at first. However, recently I’ve noticed it freezing randomly, especially when playing games that require high graphics or demanding settings like "Read Dead Redemption 2," "Battlestate 5," or "Far Cry 6." Even games that need minimal graphics, such as "Counter-Strike 2" or "Transport Fever 2," and "City Skylines 1," are affected. It seems to happen intermittently—sometimes just once or twice per hour.

During these freezes, the laptop doesn’t respond to any key inputs for about 10 to 20 seconds, and the screen freezes for a similar duration. However, neither the laptop nor the game crashes during or after these events. I’ve checked the Task Manager multiple times, but everything looks normal.

I also noticed that in some games, like "The Dark Pictures Anthology," the screen didn’t freeze during cutscenes, but the PC still didn’t react to key presses afterward.

Could anyone explain what might be causing this issue? I’ve tried everything, but it’s still puzzling.
