Hey, a few months back I purchased a used Lenovo X250. Now I need to put fresh thermal paste on the CPU. I was surprised to find that the area doesn’t have any thermal compound or thermopad left. Can you advise me on the right size to use?

That's the chipset, designed to fit within the same package as the u series CPUs. It consumes minimal power, doesn't require much energy, and when used infrequently it typically lacks a heatsink.

It seems you're referring to the iGPU and IMC. If that's correct, please paste the text you'd like me to process.

I agree! I swap in and out the heatsink, yet the thermal paste seems still intact.
