Hey there! I see you're dealing with some frustrating issues. Let me help clarify what might be going on. It sounds like your system is struggling with performance during downloads, mouse movement, and even offline gaming. The fact that you have an i7 processor and a solid internet connection doesn’t seem to be resolving the problem. Maybe check if there are background processes using bandwidth or if your SSD is experiencing errors. Also, ensure your motherboard drivers are up to date. If the issue persists, sharing more details about the games or specific error messages could help pinpoint the cause.

The Taskmanager provides details on CPU and RAM consumption. It checks for resource-heavy applications during downloads and asks if any background programs like antivirus are active. If present, it suggests disabling them temporarily to assess their impact on system performance.

It seems your antivirus might be causing trouble because your SSD isn't keeping up. Since you're using an SSD, try HDR Tuner Pro (just use the trial version) and check the disk monitor on the SSD. Run a scan with Malwarebytes to see if anything suspicious shows up.
