Hi hardware hive mind, I’m reaching out for assistance!
Suddenly, my mainboard isn’t booting or showing any signal—lights are on but the screen says “no signal,” and the fans spin without doing anything. I’ve checked everything, tried different RAM setups, reset the CMOS multiple times, disconnected the GPU, swapped the motherboard, changed the CPU, and even replaced the power supply. Still nothing. The only thing I’ve done is replace the PSU, but since the lights are on and fans are running, I’m not sure what’s wrong. Any suggestions could really help!

Just checked the setup with my RTX Titan via HDMI, but nothing changed – same issue, no boot loop, no output, no signal.

It seems your CPU doesn't have an IGP, so you'll need a GPU for output.

This is why I'm choosing the Titan.

Here are two points: First, I'd shut off all drives so the computer can only boot from BIOS, ensuring you see the BIOS screen and possibly a USB drive. Second, even if lights and fan activate, the power supply might not be functioning properly—voltage could have fallen below required levels for 12V, 5V, or 3.3V.
