Read the full message carefully, sorry it was messy. I ran a new Windows update, pressed restart and update, then it blue-screened before finishing so I can’t remove it because it didn’t install properly. The error code is 0xc000021. I tried disabling XMP since it caused boot issues, but the computer auto-repaired failed. I went into safe mode to attempt uninstalling, but that didn’t work. I suspect the update may have corrupted some files. I’m looking for a way to fix this without a full reinstall, just to keep my data safe.

Consider starting a new venture. If it doesn’t work, we can handle the repair and reinstallation of your operating system.

For safe data storage, start with a Live OS and transfer all files. (Windows PE, Linux, etc.)
