I discovered that using Ryzen Master had permanently turned off half of the cores on my R5 1600. After extensive troubleshooting and trying various solutions, this fix proved to be the only one that worked. Ryzen Master alters your BIOS settings, effectively disabling those cores, but it can also reset them and resolve the issue. Simply open Command Prompt, type `bcdedit/deletevalue numproc`, follow with `/rebuildbcd`, and it fixed the problem for me. Hope this helps others too!

Check the installation folder for missing files or corrupted data. Ensure Ryzen Master is correctly installed and updated. Verify your BIOS settings match your hardware configuration. If issues persist, reinstall the driver or contact support.
