Hello, as mentioned in the title, I'm experiencing booting issues on Windows 10. When I power on my PC, the startup applications fail to load correctly and the system doesn't respond (photos attached).

It seems the only solution is to force shut down my computer. After doing that and restarting, it boots normally. It's worth noting that I don't face any performance issues during gaming.

I'm planning to try Windows 11 to determine if it resolves the problem. Still, I continue to have booting difficulties, though less frequently now. The screenshots are from when Windows 11 starts.

Another concern involves GPU acceleration. When a game is open in borderless fullscreen (I usually play in fullscreen, but switch to borderless for Warframe because it's easier to use Alt+Tab), I notice lag when switching tabs—like moving between Brave and other sites. This issue also appears with Discord and Spotify.

It's important to mention that I didn't encounter any problems with GPU acceleration on Windows 10; this only started after switching to Windows 11.

For instance, if YouTube is open and I switch tabs from the game, half of the page freezes while scrolling. After a couple seconds, it returns to normal. I found that switching back to the game or Brave eliminates that delay. I also tried disabling GPU acceleration in Brave, which resolved the issue.

System details:
Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming B550-Plus
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: Sapphire RX 6750 XT 12GB
RAM: 2 x 16GB
PSU: Asus ROG Strix 850w
Storage: Kingston KC3000 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD

I performed a fresh Windows 11 installation via bootable USB, updated all drivers to the latest versions. The GPU drivers were unstable, so I restarted and switched back to the drivers I used on Windows 10 (version 24.12.1), which is stable.

Temperatures are normal, and I have an nzxt H5 flow, so my GPU and CPU rarely exceed 60°C.

If anyone has similar experiences or advice on how to proceed, please feel free to comment.
Thank you.

BIOS version for your motherboard?
I performed a fresh Windows 11 installation using a bootable USB.
Where did you obtain the installer for the operating system? I installed it offline, using the right-click installer and running it as an administrator.

I changed my bios only once during the purchase, the latest version is from 14/8/2023. Would you think I should update it?
Where did you get the OS installer from? Are you referring to a specific partition? If yes, then C.
For drivers, I usually use AMD part with AMD auto detect, but now I installed them manually because I know they worked well on Windows 10. I removed the previous drivers using DDU and reinstalled the current one.
The chipset drivers are in the newest version.
