Hey there, I've seen the same thing too. Your RAM is stuck at 2133MHz instead of the intended 3600MHz. The issue might be related to BIOS settings or memory timings. Try checking if the RAM supports XMP and see if enabling it fixes it. Also, ensure your CPU and motherboard are compatible with that speed. Try reinstalling your CPU; some connections may not be properly established with the socket pins for the IMC. Once done, it should function correctly. Alternatively, you can manually configure the RAM speed to 3600.

They mentioned this approach. Increase the voltage by a bit above the XMP standard and check for stable booting. If it doesn’t work, reduce it to 3200 and adjust timing to C16 or lower. You’ll get comparable results but with better stability on AMD systems that prioritize latency over speed.

BTW, adjusted to 1,350V and 3200mhz didn't help

The part is almost out of stock according to the JEDEC standard, whereas I thought it should be between 1.45 and 1.5V. Still, it’s pretty disappointing if it’s still available.

I resolved the issue by placing DIMM4 in DIMM2 since HYNIX is on A1/A2, while Samsung is on B1/B2, DIMM3 and 4. XMP functions correctly now without any changes. Thanks for your help @SorryClaire.
