Well, they're not really old, Monster Hunter World isn't the oldest title and it's Capcom's biggest so far, at least. The engine looks like it's from a previous generation, but it's actually the current one—maybe a bit outdated. Personally, I don't think that's a big problem. Most games I enjoy have similar quirks, especially in fighting titles, and you usually just need around 60 frames per second for smooth play. I figured maybe the issue was something unrelated, like cables or display settings. Windows sometimes reports higher refresh rates than what's actually being used, which could cause this. Still, it seems like a strange glitch rather than a serious concern.

I also attempted to use my TV with HDMI instead of the display port, but the same issue occurred. Perhaps reinstalling Windows could be the next option.
