Guys I tested my old GPU on the new machine and everything functioned well, so I changed the PCIe slot to Gen 3 and it worked perfectly now. Thanks for all your help. I’m wondering if there’s anything concerning about keeping it as is. I checked online and saw some issues people face with PCIe risers and general connection problems. I thought the performance difference should be none, but maybe there’s a bigger problem. Edit2* Appreciate the patience.

Ah... you don’t seem to have a riser, do you? That might mean your motherboard only works with 3.0, possibly due to a BIOS issue, though it shouldn’t really matter—just as long as it’s stable.

It's okay. It doesn't indicate any hidden problem. Occasionally, it functions fine.
