2x ssd, 2x hdd

I reached my OC of 4.757 on air mine you; I have fans everywhere in my case that would keep the temps under control for me. Idling at 45°c, stress temp max 72°C using Asus tuning software. I forgot the actual name of that program. Sorry for the formatting issues—I'm doing this on a phone. I tried clearing the CMOS but it’s stuck on the splash screen and won’t help further. Thanks in advance.

Disconnect power before clearing the CMOS.
Overclocking with tuning tools often requires very high voltages that can harm the motherboard. Damage caused by overclocking isn’t covered by warranties. Consider manually adjusting the BIOS next time instead of using software.
Your BIOS might be corrupted. Since this board has no alternative BIOS, you may need to attempt recovery:
