Problem Occurs When PC Stalls Under Stress And Fails To Restart

I'm dealing with a situation where my computer freezes completely and won't power back up without opening it. I replaced the RAM, which was in another slot, and it functions properly then. This might point to a bad RAM slot, but usually removing the CPU and reinserting it resolves the issue temporarily before it freezes again. The CPU isn't overheating (around 70°C) and everything seems normal except when using only two RAM sticks. There are no bent pins in the socket.

CPU model is E3 1270 V6, GPU is RX 570, motherboard type H110M-R, power supply FSP600-80PSA (6 months old), RAM configuration includes 4gb DDR4 Crucial plus 8gb Samsung.

It shouldn't lead to the computer crashing; just operates at a reduced speed.

still doesn't matter mixing RAM is never good since it can cause various Windows issues. I'm aware of this because I experienced the same problem before when running AM3+ which would freeze and crash on Windows due to overload, just like I remember.

So i just checked and noticed that in slot 2 both rams fail to start and freeze, while slot 1 functions properly. Is this an issue with the ram slot itself or something related to the cpu?
