This new setup isn’t functioning properly. I’ve tried using both the GPU and integrated graphics, but my monitor isn’t receiving a signal. When I press the power button, the RAM lights up, the CPU cooler fans start, and case fans turn on, yet the mouse lights work fine. However, when the GPU is installed, the fans on the GPU don’t spin, and there’s no sign it’s powering up (possibly only after a successful POST).

I removed the GPU to test with integrated graphics from the CPU, but the screen still doesn’t get any input—it just goes into power-saving mode. If I keep the PC on, it eventually restarts after a while.

Troubleshooting steps so far:
- Re-seated RAM and changed slots (currently in A2/B2 as per manual)
- Tested with and without GPU
- Unplugged and re-seated many cables on the board and PSU
- Switched different cables and ports on the PSU side
- Confirmed risers are correctly positioned
- Checked Front panel connections on Mobo

What could I be missing? Is there a faulty board or PSU? What should I do next? Should there be any indicator light on the Mobo to assist with troubleshooting? I’m not receiving any beeps when turning it on.

This motherboard?
https://download.gigabyte.com/FileL...13...0431658d94
Check that I located the correct manual.
Go through the entire guide and begin from the start, step by step, to ensure every installed part is compatible via the QVL and that each one is correctly set up.
Read all the fine print and warnings.
Are there any beep codes? Is a speaker present or connected (check physically marked Page 24)?
I’m hoping it’s just a small oversight or mistake. Please be thorough and take your time with the verification.

I purchased the Mobo and while the manual guided my installation, it doesn't match the actual setup. For instance, the RST_SW button is placed elsewhere. I followed all the steps carefully—since the first post, I fully disassembled the PC, inspected components, used two cables for the GPU connection, etc.—but the problem persists. The GPU fans still don’t turn on and there are no beeps.

Did you use a riser cable for the graphics card, and if so, did you test it without it? Were you attempting to connect the graphics card directly via the motherboard, or were you only checking the CPU connection when the graphics card was present?

Risers refer to the motherboard risers that keep it separate from the case. Checked that they were all positioned correctly and aligned with the corresponding screw holes.

These motherboard standoff screws are from an unknown location.
