Hello everyone. I upgraded my processor from a Ryzen 5 7600x to a Ryzen 9 7950x for my work. I reset the CMOS so the new chip wouldn’t retain old configurations. After launching BF2042, it crashed—only RAM lights appeared, not graphics. I reset the CMOS again but the issue persisted. Then I switched to the internal GPU in the Ryzen 9 and everything worked smoothly. Finally, I replaced the GPU with an older R9 Fury and it ran without any problems. I tested the CPU for an hour in Cinebench 2024 and it was stable. Someone, could you help me figure out what’s going on? I have an ASUS Crosshair X670E hero board, the latest BIOS, a 5600MHz Trident Z5 Neo RGB, and an ASUS Strix Gold 1000W PSU. As I mentioned, I’ve reset the CMOS multiple times, trying to run it with an EXPO and hoping luck will change it. Thanks for your assistance.
