Hello, Problem: I won't be able to load any website, game server, or anything else that needs a new connection. But if I'm watching a Twitch stream or playing on YouTube (and trying to start loading a new video), it will fail even though the server is already connected. This happens in games too as long as I stay connected to the same established link, nothing drops. It feels weird because this hasn't happened at all despite having 3/4 different internet providers with routers built-in and also buying my own router. I've had three computers since about eight years ago now. It doesn't happen often, maybe once a week, one every month, or twice in the day but there is no pattern to it. I tried swapping out my ethernet cable and powerline adapters. I don't know if this affects all internet connections because I only have one device connected right now (I remember using a Raspberry Pi on my network before which also suffered similar effects sometimes). Wifi will still work perfectly fine when this happens though. I tried the following to fix it: changing ISPs, routers, ethernet and powerline adapters, changing PC or operating system settings, customizing DHCP settings, running Ipconfig, turning off and on again for powerline adapters, restarting my computer, and checking various other Google solutions. The only way I can ever really solve this issue is by resetting my internet connection completely. (Instructions: Run "IPConfig" /ALL https://imgur.com/a/NeNJyHu or check Event Viewer at https://imgur.com/6TLE4Eq)

Turn off IPv6 on your computer so you can figure out what's wrong.
