Hey so I'm writing this on my phone because my computer is acting weird and never had this kind of problem before. Basically, my computer won't start loading anything even though I have an internet connection. YouTube just freezes completely for about 30 seconds and then starts again. When I go to speedtest.net, the download speeds work fine but the upload stays at zero. Finally, it tells me a socket error. Tried fast.com too, same thing: download goes okay but upload is still nothing. Then when I try to download a file, it says 0B/s and Network error. This happened right now today. Just recently I booted my computer up about an hour ago and found this problem. Pics here: https://im.ge/a/network-problem.TcFwT What should I do? I already restarted the router unplugged the internet cable, then plugged it back in. And I even rebooted the PC, but nothing seems to help.

Are you running a virus check on your computer? Which DNS service does your computer use? Is you using a private network connection like a virtual private network?
