It's accurate... I'm using two 32GB units on my old rog strix z390-e, which isn't in the QVL, meaning only one of the XMP profiles functions.

I haven't worked with a QVL before, but it seemed to function well for my setup. Based on the issues others face with memory, it might be wise to verify it too.
