Problem encountered while trying to reach my account due to an invalid verification process
Hi,
I have a Facebook account that I haven’t used in years. I tried to delete it but couldn’t because Facebook asked me to verify my identity using a method I can’t complete. The only way left is to ask 3 “friends” to access a page and send verification codes. This seems unnecessary since others might need to log in, but the three chosen are inactive users and two people I haven’t spoken to in years. This is the only option given to me to regain access, even if I choose another method. Is there any alternative solution or a customer service contact I can use?
