I adjusted the display scaling to FULL panel and noticed the screen went black, then restarted my PC. Now I can see the ASRock logo clearly and after a moment it shows "no signal." Is there a way to reset the GPU using BIOS on this B450m pro4 motherboard?

can you enter safe mode? if yes, remove the gpu driver, restart and reinstall the gpu driver

You should restart your PC normally after uninstalling the GPU driver. Installing it again in Safe Mode is not necessary unless you encounter specific issues during installation.
