Problem encountered - stuck in boot cycle - no output - no system info
I7-7700k with Gigabyte ga-270x-ud3 mobo
2x8 gb g.skill ripjaws

Boot loop detected before BIOS. The board shows debug LEDs directly on the motherboard. It processes CPU, RAM, VGA, and boot in sequence without problems. After flashing boot, the PC powers off instantly, then restarts after a few seconds but keeps looping.
Testing various RAM swaps and removals didn’t resolve the issue—memory tests passed, but without RAM it failed. All drives and peripherals were unplugged, including the boot drive, yet no post or BIOS access was achieved.
Cleared CMOS after removing the battery and shorting pins, but that didn’t help.
I’m 90% confident the problem lies with the BIOS. When this happened, I had fast boot and secure boot enabled, yet the PC still shut down immediately after a loop.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. This is just frustrating 😢

For troubleshooting threads, it's standard to share complete system specifications. List them clearly as follows:

Include the PSU age along with its make and model. Remember, what BIOS version were you using for your motherboard?
Cleared CMOS by removing the battery and shorting pins. This didn’t help.
Best practice is to disconnect from power, unplug the display, remove the CMOS battery, hold the power button for 30 seconds to discharge any remaining charge, then reinsert the battery after 30 minutes.
Take out the discrete GPU; you’ll see the display turn off via the integrated GPU, but connect the monitor to the motherboard’s output ports. If the system boots without a discrete GPU, it suggests your PSU isn’t providing enough power—especially if a GPU is present or is faulty.
If the GPU functions in another system, one component has been eliminated from your troubleshooting list.**
Have you (thoroughly) taken out the CPU and inspected for damaged contacts in the socket?
Do you have a different CPU you might want to test? With an older CPU/mobo, it’s possible something failed.
Occasionally, if an old board won’t boot, I clear all DIMMs and restart. Give it a moment or two so the BIOS updates its memory settings, then shut it down.
Then install just one DIMM and attempt again. At times, simply restarting the BIOS can be sufficient.
After that, you can install the remaining DIMMs during the next power cycle.
