In short, I chose to transform my system into a Hackintosh to run OS X Yosemite. Along the way, something must have affected my Windows 8.1 bootloader, preventing it from starting. I’m fine with OS X and Windows 10 Tech Preview, but whenever I attempt to boot into Windows 8.1 Pro it immediately freezes with a Boot/BCD/0xc0000000f error. This isn’t the first time I’ve experimented with various boot setups—I usually have multiple operating systems installed and can switch between them easily. I’ve found solutions like EasyBCD or the guide at https://neosmart.net/wiki/recovering-windows-bootloader, but this time it’s different. The situation is frustrating because all my programs and games are set up on these different OSes, and I’d be able to reinstall everything from scratch if needed. Right now, I’m struggling to figure it out and need guidance to get back on track.

If not, is there any way to reinstall Windows while preserving your game and program installations? This could involve cloning the drive or connecting files/registry settings to another storage device. I’m pretty sure such a solution doesn’t exist, but I don’t want to lose everything due to what seems like an unfixable bootloader problem.
