There seems to be an issue with the file. Could you provide more details or check if it was attached?

No direct impact occurs when you simply acknowledge something.

Use CCleaner, navigate to Tools > Startup > Scheduled Task. Check the box labeled "Advance Mode". Search for ROG or ASUS setup-related items and remove or disable them before restarting. If it still appears, turn it on again and try a different option. The driver/software should now be installed correctly.

Open Windows plus R, then run msconfig.exe. Confirm OK. Go to startup tab, find and uncheck any ASUS-like items, then apply. Restart the system.

I configured an ASUS motherboard with a powered PC just now, and it didn’t start up, though I think it’s worth looking into since the drivers might differ from my own ASUS board.

It might be a temporary restart file left in the registry or the startup directory, which matches what I see.
