Yesterday I assembled a computer and when I tried to power it up, the boot screen didn’t appear. The CPU and case fans were active, so I’m assuming the motherboard is functioning properly. I double and triple-verified that my RAM was placed correctly in the slots. The CPU installation also looked right. This isn’t my first attempt at building a computer, but I’ve never faced an issue like this before. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. The components I used were: Ryzen 7 5700G GIGABYTE B550M AORUS Elite Corsair Vengance LPX 32GB 3000MHz (two units), FSP HYPER 80+ PRO 550W.

This CPU motherboard setup suggests updating the BIOS. You’ll also need a USB device and another computer or laptop for testing.

Yes, the cooling fans. However, I've attempted to start the system with and without them, but it's not working.

I've been attempting to restore the BIOS settings, but it hasn't worked. I obtained the BIOS file for my particular CPU from the GIGABYTE support site, inserted it into the appropriate slot, and tried booting, yet the issue persists.

Check if the system boots properly with just one RAM stick installed.

Attempted it already. So far nothing working, I’ll go through every slot. Yes, this is meant to be the first boot.

It seems odd that neither SSD nor HDD was mentioned—this device requires one to function properly.
