Problem encountered after BIOS update with no Ethernet connectivity.
Hello, yesterday I carried out a BIOS update—I’ve done this before and it was quick. However, now I’m stuck with just Wi-Fi connectivity via USB, no Ethernet available. I’ve tried reinstalling the battery BIOS, adjusting settings, changing from F50 to F41, reinstalling drivers, and resetting the network. The system still reports it can’t detect any internet hardware, even though I reinstalled the adapter drivers.
During the installation of new internet driver adapters, you encounter a confusing message.
Checked on a few LiveCDs, like Debian Live. Could be worth a shot...
