Hello, You recently encountered problems with your MSI Monitor (Model: Optix MAG321CQR). The main issues are a black screen, no OSD menu when pressing the Nav button, and no display when the connection cable is missing. During one incident, you had a game running, went offline, and the PC shut down. After restarting, your second monitor turned on but the monitor didn’t respond. When I checked, the DP cable was connected, Windows still recognized the monitor, but nothing works. I’ve tried re-seating the cables, swapping to HDMI and another DP cable, reinstalling drivers in Safe Mode, and even disabling the device in Device Manager. It seems the panel might be faulty or there’s an unresolved issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
