A newer CPU than yours but quite similar board has appeared. This hasn’t happened to me before, so I can offer a general perspective. There could be more tailored guidance available. I’m thinking this might be a new situation. The CPU is older, and the information might have been lost in a post. It could be linked to Windows 10’s autoupdate process when it became unstable (this has occurred multiple times on my system) or to changes made during a broken update. I’m not confident about Windows 10 anymore. I’m really sorry for upgrading to it.
