You're experiencing problems with your single AC68U unit, which is stuck at 100/100 Mbps either on WiFi or hard wired. You've already reset it multiple times and copied settings from another unit, but the issue persists. Consider trying alternative troubleshooting steps before replacing it.

Which internet service provider plan are you using? What device are you testing with? Which speed test are you running? Is this the first time you're experiencing this problem? Were you faster before? How is your router linked to your modem?

They should have noted I had several items tied up. My performance is okay except for that one unit. It used to be in the middle, slowing those behind, but moving it to the end resolved the problem.

I recommend keeping it in the same discussion thread so everyone can review prior suggestions and actions. Please note I didn't confirm whether you followed the previous tip.

I thought I responded, but checked all the steps you took. It seems the unit is actually faulty.
