After spending the morning diagnosing the issue, it seems this might be related to the GPU rather than the CPU or RAM. Here are my main concerns:

1. Could this be a CPU problem if my system powers on and I managed to see a display briefly?
2. Would a defective CPU lead to the graphics card running sluggishly even when no game is running? That appears to point more clearly to a GPU issue.
3. If I replaced my RAM and it fixed the display for a short time, could that indicate another hardware problem beyond just the RAM?

My main suspect is the GPU, as it’s the oldest component among all the parts in my PC.

Updated: I returned to RAM slots A1 and B1, removed my graphics card, and now use a display connected to my MOBO via a monitor.

I don't have a specific PSU, but I can help you find one if you provide more details about your brand and model.
