I believe I identified the issue.
When I turn on EXPO, the crashes become much more common.
Could this indicate a defective Memory controller or CPU? Even though it functioned properly in the initial weeks?
Or are the unstable EXPO configurations the problem? Is there a way to balance this by adjusting the voltage somewhere?
I also tried raising the SOC voltage but the issue persisted.
I've struggled to get this PC to run smoothly for a long time. I increased the SOC up to 1.3v and adjusted the RAM voltages to 1.4v, which reduced the crashes to once a day under light use. It seems the memory controller might be faulty, as I can only run at 5200 and not higher. Even trying CL32 didn't help much.
I'm considering replacing this CPU and sending it back for repair or opting for a different model. The issue is strange because all tests—whether using different RAM settings, speeds, or stress tests—pass without problems. However, when I run low-load tasks like YouTube or games in the main menu, it crashes within about 10 minutes.
I'm not sure what else could be causing this, but I'm open to suggestions. If anyone has ideas, I'd really appreciate it. Otherwise, I might just have to give up now, even though it bothers me a lot.

Most RAM stress tests pass without any problems.
I also used another set of RAM which caused the same problem.
Things seemed okay for a while, but then it keeps crashing unexpectedly.
It's completely random, but it seems to occur more when the system is under light load rather than heavy. What do you think?
I'm pretty sure it's not the GPU either. I used a 7600X on the same motherboard for about four months without any issues, along with a 7900XT.
My troubles began after switching to a 7900XTX and a 7800x3D.
I'm starting to think the CPU might be the problem now, so I'll do some tests in that direction and possibly replace it if necessary.
Since this also happens during low loads/idle or even right after turning on, I'm pretty sure it's not the GPU either. It also works well under full load (Furmark, 3dmark, etc.)
What have you tried so far?
Unfortunately that didn't assist, so I'm going to attempt a few methods I found on Reddit that might help others with the 7800x3d.

I've tried turning off the fans (believed one might be shorting and triggering protection)
Tried other CPUs, different RAM setups, two more GPUs (2070 Super and 1070), a different PSU and motherboard.
Still facing this exact issue regardless of changes.
I also tried this before. Yesterday I completely swapped out my CPU, but it didn’t help, so it might not be a CPU problem either. The only parts I haven’t replaced are the GPU. It could be either a faulty GPU or just bad drivers. I’ve noticed many issues with the 7000 series regarding drivers. I’ve tested numerous driver versions, but none seem to work properly. They probably can’t all be defective? My current one crashes only once every couple of days, which isn’t too much, but it’s still frustrating to realize something is wrong.

I've been working on it for roughly a month and I'm still unsure what's causing it.
Have you attempted to reinstall your windows?
From a hardware standpoint, everything seems to have been replaced, so it's unlikely the problem is related to the hardware.
