I haven't managed to access Outlook 2007 on my laptop since before Christmas, after updating the mobile app while traveling. All settings have been reviewed and the password changed twice. I'm worried about incurring costs for 365. Could you offer any advice?

It repeatedly requests my password, which is clearly accurate. The email address provided is also correct.

Hotmail.co.uk works with ms365 Outlook, but I'm puzzled as to why I can't save them to my computer anymore.

What is the OS? It seems outdated, which might prevent connection due to a missing secure certificate. There are other email clients available.

Windows 11 is completely current. I might need to switch to another option.
