today i finished my pc with an i5 9600k and rx 590 with 16gb ram. but when i tried playing csgo, i kept seeing frame drops and much lower fps than expected. the game was very unstable, making it hard to determine the actual average fps. please help me. also, i think my pc is really slow. when i played csgo, i clicked the windows button and after more than a minute it opened automatically.
Do you possess the monitor linked to the 590 card or the mainboard? Have you incorporated any refurbished components, such as relocating a hard drive from a previous configuration?
