Are you certain it's a Realtek network adapter on that board? The maker appears to believe it's Intel.

I'm really struggling to keep up with everything. The router uses Realtek, I downloaded the Windows 10 installer from their site, but now on the motherboard page it says "On-Board LAN(intel)" and it looks like the B560M XE PRO board. I'm not sure if I already got the driver from the website. My frustration is getting the better of me; I just want to figure this out quickly.
