By chance, I bought a Ryzen 2700x Pro on Ebay for $120.00 u.s. Instead of what I expected, I received a 2700x Pro APU. Later, I purchased a Navidia RTX 2060 Super. Games and benchmark apps kept crashing, so I thought the GPU was bad and sent it back to MSI. Was this APU the problem?

If it's an APU, it includes graphics, allowing you to perform benchmarks without the video card to check for crashes. I haven't seen any mention of a built-in video chip on the 2700X Pro.

They are slower than the standard 2700X model. You should have returned it. Is there another way to send it back?
