We've experienced problems for about a year, including busy signals, poor connectivity, and difficulty hearing each other. We're using a NETGEAR Nighthawk Smart Wi-Fi Router (R6700) with AC1750, but after disabling the firewall, forwarding traffic, and moving it outside the router, issues persist. The app works fine, whereas before the router functioned well. We're considering upgrading for better app performance. An Android 4.4 phone might still work, but we're unsure about compatibility with the app. A suitable alternative is available on Amazon.
