About two weeks ago my PSU failed, so Amazon took two weeks to send me a replacement. After that I got a power supply but my CMOS battery died, preventing access to BIOS. I waited another week on a watch battery before everything worked again and the boot priority changed. Now I can't save any OS files on any drives. Should I just reformat the C drive or the D drive? The D drive is an SSD, the C drive is HDD, my system uses RAM, CPU is Ryzen 7.
