It would shine nicely with a touch of black primer since it’s extremely glossy; it gives the impression of being carved from soap. It still looks great, and seeing the Aurora would be perfect.

I have not. I could, but why? I know, but i don't have the stuff. I did get my Black PLA today though. dunno if it will be as "soapy" looking but we´ll see ones i print something with it. lol if they were carved out of soap that would be impressive Note: im trying too change software now so i can do more fine Tuning but im running into issues Thats why i have not uploaded anything yet.

I wonder why you're asking this, since it's not necessary to ask. Your question could have caused some issues if misunderstood. Let's clarify what you need.

I’m thinking about getting a 3D printer, but I’m not sure how to convince my partner. Tearing up the kitchen tools to make new ones doesn’t seem like a good idea.

You could print it out and demonstrate to everyone what the final result would look like with real fans

Giving a thumbs up for the idea. Accessories are fun to make, and kids’ toys come naturally. @RashyPoint got it right.

He’s thinking about building real fans, which seems like a lot of effort for little gain.
