Hello, welcome! I'm here to assist you with your network printer issues. It sounds like you're having trouble connecting from your PC and printing to the printer. Since your printer is connected wirelessly and the firewall is off, try restarting both your router and the printer. If that doesn't work, check the printer's connection settings and ensure it's properly enabled on your network. Let me know if you need further guidance!

Verify that no port isolation is active. This will prevent any device within the same network and subnet from communicating or responding to each other.

They seem to be connected within the same subnet, specifically the 192.168.1.x range.

You can look up information about "port isolation" on your main router. If you're using Ubiquiti APs, check their documentation as well.

Typically the Port Isolation is set on your APs.

I attempted to search for "Port Isolation" in your Ubiquiti Controller, but it doesn't appear to be listed there.

I attempted to send a ping to all devices on my network. I was able to reach them, routers, and other gadgets like laptops, phones, and tablets, but not the printer.

If you notice everything else but not your printer, confirm visibility on the Wi-Fi network. Once confirmed, connect your device directly to the router instead of using Wi-Fi and test it. If successful, log in to your printer—its IP address should direct you to the GUI without any unusual configuration issues.

I verified my Wi-Fi network through an app called (Wireless Network Watcher) which displays all devices connected, including my printer. I also attempted to connect wirelessly to my main router and printed without issues. It seems the device blocking access might be my Ubiquiti AP. However, in my Ubiquiti Controller settings I see Port Isolation enabled but it’s turned off.
