Recently I've been experiencing 000124 BSODs, so I chose to run a prime95 stress test, but right away when I start the prime95 blend test I get a BSOD with that error. Does this assist in figuring out the issue with my computer?

Consider downloading Prime95 v27.9 unless you want to. It seems v28.5 may have issues, particularly with Haswell as mentioned.

the cpu core voltage is 1.198v. during the stress test with the provided program, temperatures stay below 70. i believe it shouldn't be the cpu causing this issue?

Consider trying to download Prime95 v27.9 if you haven't already. It seems v28.5 might have issues, particularly with Haswell, based on what I've heard. As far as I understand, version 26.6 is the recommended one for Haswell, which is what I use and many others do.
