Unless they have sale... its going to be $100. I'm not saying this to you. This just is second time I've seen this question. To me a gift card is something you bought as gift (same principle applies with Steam) by loading same amount of money there what the end user will have. If you get $20 gift card by paying $20 for it, it will be $20 and nothing more or less.
