Have you experimented with a different power supply unit? Do you have an onboard graphics card? If yes, have you disabled it? That’s the question being asked.

I don’t have any other power supply units besides the one in my present setup; I’m hoping to request one from a friend soon so I can test another. I’ve used the onboard display without any luck.

the board might be in trouble if the postcode doesn’t function properly—it could fail to show anything at all, especially if the cpu isn’t installed. maybe clean the socket first, use 99% IPA, spray or dunk it, let it dry a bit. this should help if the problem is related to RAM. if it’s a CPU issue, just install a cheap ram module like a g3258 and test it. don’t forget to wipe the pads with IPA too. you can find 8gb sticks for under $10, which should cover your needs.

I also tested the parts on another board and faced the same problem. I plan to buy some inexpensive RAM and look for a budget-friendly 4th or 5th generation Intel CPU that would fit. I was just hoping to eliminate the possibility of the PSU being the issue without completely replacing it.

I managed to secure a friend's extra parts, and it turned out to be the PSU—thanks again!
