The latest Windows 11 update appears to support Zen 4 and 5, so I decided to check it out. The update preview mentions a version for x64 systems and notes some issues that didn’t quite work as expected.

It seems you're confused about the updates. Generally, 24H2 remains mostly for insiders because it's not very stable. The Zen uplift feature was fixed in 23H2, which is a positive change.

They actually integrated the optimizations into version 23H2. Mystery resolved.
