Following the fall updates for Windows 10, my PC begins resuming where it left off after a full shutdown. It feels more like hibernation than a true power-off. Occasionally, closing all windows lets it restart automatically, as happened with my Word document last night. Is there a way to turn this off?
Eventually you'll revisit Chrome again, won't you? Yet honestly, it's odd when you're not familiar with it, but it was highlighted as a feature Apple offers. Personally, I'm confused about the Cortana setting—what a frustrating experience with all those options! It seems the settings should be more accessible under the main menu. If you're an insider, they added a "Cortana" section in the Settings panel recently. Just remember to click Save when toggling it, or the changes won't take effect for Cortana Notebook sections.
