When I powered on the motherboard, the ROG logo appeared and the BIOS prompt showed up, but pressing F2 resulted in an endless black screen. This happened on my second board since the GPU (750ti) only functioned in the second slot, and this board also had the same problem. I managed to boot after reducing bandwidth on the first slot to Gen 2. The GPU worked properly on the second slot, allowing me to enter BIOS. Here are the specs: Ryzen 7 2700x, 16GB RAM, 3200MHz, ASUS ROG B450 E GTX 750ti. Thanks for your assistance.
