So after the release of Black Ops 3, which was a decent game but one of the worst COD experiences I've had, I've revisited or attempted to play several AAA titles from the past few years. I ended up feeling confused, somewhat annoyed, and frustrated. These games often run poorly and inconsistently, especially if you try to play them. You'd expect a high-end system to handle older AAA games well, but they just get damaged. Bad company 2, BF3 and BF4, CS:GO, and Black Ops 3 all perform poorly. The battlefield titles keep crashing constantly, while Black Ops 3 frequently freezes unexpectedly. I tried the game again last night, expecting the problems to be fixed, but it crashed when I entered the menu. Am I losing my PC card or is this just normal now?

What operating system are you on? Have you installed all the C++ redistributables?

It seems the problem is likely with the PC itself. All the listed games perform adequately after each update.

I don't face any problems with these games and have a nearly identical PC.

Every other match works well. It causes a crash in Crysis.

Based on my experience, compatibility is poor. Windows 10 isn’t reliable; consider Windows 7 instead. If you can afford it, buy a 480 GB SSD and install Windows 7 to run those games. Make sure to disconnect the Windows 10 drive during installation to avoid issues.

It seems your PC is having some trouble, but the games you talked about were generally stable after launch. They did have minor issues at first, but most problems got resolved. For comparison, I can test BF3 running at 60fps, 2160p, max settings with an R9 290 GPU.

All games run smoothly on my PC. The issue must be with your system.
