I just received an offer from ASUS for a PC priced at 800 dollars. They provided two options: a Ryzen 7 2700 with a GTX 1660 Ti (6GB) and a Ryzen 5 3400G with a GTX 1650 Ti (4GB). I’m really unsure which one to choose. The performance gap between the 2700 and 3400G isn’t huge, but the 3400G includes an integrated graphics card. Since this is my first time buying a PC with a dedicated GPU, I’m worried about how long the graphics card will last. That’s why I’m leaning toward the integrated option for safety. Please help me decide.

2700x and 1660ti indicate you likely won't need the GPU if you already have one. Consider upgrading to a 8gb or 16gb stick for better performance, as most of these cards use single-channel RAM which limits CPU speed.

the ryzen 7 2700 offers twice the cores compared to the 3400g, while the 1660 ti clearly outperforms the 1650 ti, meaning system no1 remains more efficient across all metrics

other parts match the same model a b450mobo....8gb memory at 2666mhz (upgraded to 16 gigs possibly with higher speeds like 3200 or 3600mhz)...plus a 500w power supply.

3200 seems reasonable. Zen CPUs struggle with high-speed memory. Do you recognize the model? I wonder if they're pushing too hard with a weak power supply.
