PowerToys ColorPickerUI consumed a bit extra processing power than expected.
Hey there! I've noticed something unusual with my laptop lately—it's acting slower than usual, even under heavy use. A quick look at Task Manager revealed it was using nearly all my RAM and also a program that shouldn't be consuming so much. Here are some screenshots to show the problem: (memory at full capacity, and my SSD usage was also through the roof!) What's going on? Did anyone else see something similar? With the recent video about useful Windows features, it might be more common now. It's not a critical issue since I turned it off, but I'm curious about the cause. Hopefully, someone has some insights! Have a great day! P.S.—maybe it's time to upgrade my RAM now that I'm at capacity?
I haven't seen it, but if you've tried it before, please add it to the bug reporting section—it will assist them in resolving the problem. https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues
