PowerPoint may become unresponsive during the presentation and in the regular view. When you're watching the slideshow, audio can stop working and timing becomes incorrect. Occasionally the sound begins before or after the intended start. Appreciate your feedback.

It's not possible for me to access their systems, but it sounds like the software isn't being updated on their devices.
