Power variations in PSUs PSU instability issues
Power variations in PSUs PSU instability issues
When I switch on the PC, it doesn't start up yet. The motherboard lights flicker and graphics lights blink. Voltage fluctuates, sometimes dropping to zero, but it still can't boot. You might wonder about the cables—I've checked them and even replaced them. However, when I turn on power and press the power button quickly, it starts working properly. What might be the issue then? Since the PSU should provide normal power when the system is running, the problem could lie elsewhere.
It seems improbable, though you might want to refresh the BIOS to reset the CMOS and consider switching to another PSU. When did this problem begin?
The software isn't related since the power management is handled by the power supply, not the motherboard. It began yesterday.
I think it might help to switch to another power supply or ask a friend for assistance.
