I’m experiencing problems with my Ryzen 5 5600G overclocking. Power throttling happens even at low temperatures, which is unusual since the CPU stays around 28°C idle and rarely exceeds 55°C in games. In Fortnite, FPS drops sharply from ~4.5 GHz to ~3.1 GHz while temperature falls to about 35°C. Many users claim their stable overclocks run at 50°C minimum. I also face challenges with the RTX 3060, struggling to hit 185 FPS in game with medium settings and 50% resolution. Could you help explain what’s causing these issues?

Additionally, in the game I can achieve speeds of 4.5ghz while temperatures are around 40-45°C, which makes it hard to pinpoint the issue

It seems you're dealing with a CPU that's already under heavy load. You're noticing stability problems, not just overheating. It looks like the issue is more about instability and power management rather than thermal limits. Checking the hardware information in HWinfo64 might give you more insight.

The stability isn't the problem—it consistently faces crashes or black screens, but throttling occurs even when it's not warm.

That’s the information from your computer. Are you looking for just one monitor or two?
