Would a Seasonic 620W M12II 80 Plus Bronze modular power supply be sufficient for a Zotac RTX 2060 AMP and R7 2700, or is it better to replace the Ryzen 7 with a Ryzen 5 2600?

That's a seasoned fox, and certainly no weakling. There should be ample opportunity if it’s well-maintained.
